（中央社台北16日電）中國大陸山東省濟南市商河開發區一處化工廠昨晚發生爆炸事件，更有鹽酸罐體外洩，火勢在晚間10時餘撲滅，所幸無人傷亡。

大陸齊魯網報導，發生爆炸的濟南上源新型材料有限公司為生產水泥添加劑的企業，近期從二手市場購買廢舊反應釜，用於生產。

工人15日晚間8時左右用清水沖洗反應釜熱賣過程中，發生危險狀況，工人迅速撤離後，發生爆炸。

報導表示，爆炸導致罐體周邊綠化植被燃燒，燃燒面積約為6平方公尺。反應釜容積為5立方公尺。附近有鹽酸罐體洩漏，罐體容積大約4立方公尺。

報導提到，爆炸火勢於昨天晚間10時5分撲滅，所幸無人員傷亡。1060216

（中央社記者黃旭昇新北市15日電）服務超過30年的寄養家庭馬安娜夫婦，民國73年投入寄養家庭後，期間照顧過罕見疾病及身心障礙的孩子，服務過程感動姊姊馬安琪，一起加入寄養家庭行列，今天雙雙被表揚。

馬安娜說，其實當初會投入寄養家庭行列，是源自於自己失去了一個孩子，從事幼教工作的她，在親人鼓勵下，原想透過寄養的孩子，彌補自己心靈的空虛，一晃30年過去，卻是寄養孩子讓她學習成長。

馬安娜說，「我很感謝這些寄養孩子，即使是當年照顧一個無肛症遭棄養的孩子，至今仍無怨無悔。」因為愛心與耐心的付出，也讓學校、同學接納這些特殊的孩子。

30年來，寄養孩子有了更好的家庭與人生出路，她最感動的是這些孩子年節都還會來探望她。她們夫妻也會去機構探望曾經照顧的孩子。

馬安娜的先生林財謀牽著妻子的手，就是她最堅強的後盾。林財謀說，退休前是遊覽車司機，有時候載著寄養孩子一起出遊，飽覽台灣的山光水色，就是最大的快樂。現在有更多的時間陪孩子，「她們最喜歡坐爸爸的遊覽車。」馬安娜補充。

馬安娜的愛心也感動姊姊馬安琪，於是馬安琪在88年投入寄養家庭。馬安琪說，年輕時活耀於「群星會」舞台，只比鄧麗君小1歲，從黑白電視表演到彩色電視。

卸下風光的演藝生涯，馬安琪奉獻寄養家庭15年，讓她的生命更有意義。她接受中央社訪問時說，家庭完全無私的開放與付出，且對於寄養孩子一視同仁，視如己出，是讓她最快樂的事情。

與她們一樣的，還有李素華、李玉霞和李素澎3姊妹一起擔任寄養家庭。退休前，她們的孩子已就業，原先是李素華擔任寄養家庭，重新找回生活重心。

李素華感召了兩姊妹一起加入，三姊妹還因此將房子買在附近，分工合作一起照顧寄養孩子，一起互動學習，增加相互刺激發展。

李素華表示，現在二姊也偶而幫忙照顧，只有大姊因在南部無法加入。有的幫忙料理飲食，有的幫忙協助功課，整個大家族的寄養家庭，讓彼此感情更融洽，「許多孩子出養後，大家都捨不得的掉淚。」

這些寄養家庭提供失親、失依的孩子溫暖避風港。市長朱立倫今天下午特別表揚，感謝她們讓孩子平安健康的成長。

擔任新北市寄養家庭公益代言的宋達民和洪百榕現身說法，兩人分享在芥菜種會新莊愛心育幼院的心得。有次參加圍爐後，幾個孩子跑過來緊緊抱住他們問「你們什麼時候再來看我們？」，宋達民說，霎那間整顆心都融化；擔任寄養家庭好像是付出，但其實「得到的更多」。

社會局長張錦麗表示，新北市委託新北市家扶中心、新北市保母協會、中華兒特惠童與家庭促進協會，和台灣世界展望會招募，共222戶寄養家庭，安置照顧279名兒童、少年，但安置的需求日增，亟需招募寄養家庭。1060115
